can i just say that sometimes when its rainy out, all that's needed to make things a bit better is to bake cookies (organic whole wheat flax cinnamon nutmeg sour cream chocolate chip cookies) , listen to good cacophony (derek webb is what Christian music has been waiting for), read a very good Book and perhaps watch an episode from season 1 of Veronica Mars (the other seasons have apparently gone sketch).
it doesn't answer all the problems in life. but sitting and eating low fat cookies while drinking a solid glass of vanilla rice milk and smelling the scent of rain does make things a bit better.

now... yes i am young, i am ambitious(but only really for the cause of Christ), well educated (although this is debateable) and yes i live in a city...
but professional career? affluent?
well i am affluent...but only in terms of the grace that i receive each day and i suppose comparatively speaking to the majority of the world that lives on less than one dollar a day...
but yuppie?
when i think yuppie i think of the wall street/bay street cell phone talking computer loving sterile condo home owners who are constantly stressed out and push me around on the ttc during rush hour. i.e. jerkfaces! (just kidding. i think i have some friends that work on bay street...)

you're totally my hero, lyds. i think i'm going to go organic when i move to vancouver. although part of me fears i'm doing that just to fit into the hippie-yuppie culture out there. oh, inconsistency. seriously though, minus the rice milk (i'll go for cow milk) i would like to hang out with you in this ideal place. oh, and i might replace derek webb with shawn mcdonald. i like derek webb, but sometimes i feel like i just can't be...socially just enough. he's hardcore. but maybe i think that just because i'm apathetic.
