you replace it by quality conversations, spontaneous and frequent text messages and random emails! :) you'll get the hang of it! :)
hmm toughie, looong skype dates? i know jess and i will go for a walk together (each in diff cities) but talk on the phone and describe the area we are walking in or take photos and send them to each other to make it feel as though we are there...its def a hard one though!

i think guys and girls have different expectations as to what "quality time" means. i really like quality time (tara and i basically do everything together now), but i would never do what Amanda suggested above (no offence).
i just think that there needs to be some sort of compromise on both sides when doing long d. it was helpful for tara and i to actually talk about what for us constituted a "date". we had different ideas and expectations and ideas.
anyway, again -- not one glove fits. but long d is hard -- we feel for you!!
ps: i guess we could have just said this to your face eh? haha. see you tmrw in class.
